Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia

      If you are outside these regions, please contact our customer service team for assistance with your order.

       

      Shipping Times

      • All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
      • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
      • UAE: 1-2 Business Days
      • Saudi Arabia: 3-4 Business Days
      • Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the courier.

       

          Express Shipping

          • We offer free express shipping on all orders within the UAE.
          • For orders outside the UAE, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

           

            Order Tracking

            • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.
            • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or contact our customer service team for assistance.

             

              Delivery Issues

               

              Failed Delivery Attempts:
              • If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner will attempt to redeliver or contact you to arrange a suitable time.
              • If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

               

              Incorrect Address:
              • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. Khalas Mosquito is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
              • If you realize that your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately to update it.

               

              Lost or Damaged Packages:
              • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

               

              International Shipping

              For customers outside of our listed shipping destinations, please contact our customer service team to discuss international shipping options. Additional charges and extended delivery times may apply for international orders.
